Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Service

CliniByte Newsletter provides managed HTML email newsletter creation, subscriber management, custom survey pages (Pro and Ultra tiers), welcome autoresponders (Pro and Ultra tiers), and scheduled email dispatches according to the monthly plan selected:

• Standard ($17/month): Up to 2,500 monthly email dispatches, 100 to 250 active subscribers, 1 weekly dispatch, up to 5 campaign templates, and custom campaign handling by the admin.
• Pro ($26/month): Up to 7,000 monthly emails, 250 to 500 active subscribers, 2 weekly email dispatches, custom survey page, autoresponder emails, and custom campaign handling by the admin.
• Ultra ($35/month): Up to 10,000 monthly emails, 500+ active subscribers, up to 4 weekly campaign dispatches, custom survey page, autoresponder emails, and custom handling by the admin.

Acceptable Subscriber Lists

Clients may only import and dispatch emails to subscribers who have given verifiable permission to receive communications from their organisation (such as enrolled parents, registered patients, or business contacts). Purchased, scraped, or unsolicited third-party email lists are strictly prohibited. Every campaign includes an automatic unsubscribe link.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your organisation's logos, subscriber lists, and editorial copy. Before any scheduled weekly campaign is dispatched, our administrator provides a preview for your confirmation.

Governing Law
